Lower Body FGB Workout

Hey everyone,

For this workout, we had the opportunity to workout with Alex's sister, Sarah. We chose a Fight Gone Bad style workout, and created a circuit that would allow for three participants.  We found that working out in a small group can be very motivating as you cheer each other on!



We set up our circuit so we could move from exercise to exercise easily, without confusion.  Make sure you have your equipment ready to go at each station to minimize rest and maximize your cardiovascular benefit.

As a reminder, the FGB workout consists of 5 exercises done for one minute each, before a one minute rest period.  We did a Champion's version, which has 5 rounds.  Here is the workout:
  1. Kettlebell Swings
  2. Kettlebell Farmer's Stair Carries
  3. Hip Thrusts
  4. Alternating Kettlebell Deadlifts
  5. Jungle Gym Hamstring Bicycles


 This was a great conditioning workout, as you get virtually no rest between exercises and minimal rest between sets.  We were all exhausted by the end!  Give it a try with some friends and let us know what you think!
