Testing a New Kettlebell Workout

Hey everyone,

The other day we came across an intriguing new kettlebell workout, at http://www.liftkettlebells.com/Workouts/Easy-Kettlebell-Workout.aspx. There are actually two workouts available, with or without music (one is 20 minutes and the other 30 minutes).  We tested the 30 minute workout, called the Easy30 Kettlebell workout. With that title, how hard could it be?

It turns out that this is a killer 30 minute workout!  It works your full body and includes both bodyweight exercises, as well as kettlebell exercises.  We appreciated the audio guide, which walks you through the workout (so you don't have to look at your fitness log or a timer to keep on track).

The last three minutes are continuous kettlebell snatches, which was a great challenge at the end of the workout.  The only reprieve is that you get to switch arms at specific intervals!

If you want to try something new, give this workout a try.  Go to the link and you can download the workout (with or without music) for free.  You can also download the written instructions to preview what the workout entails.  Make sure to let us know what you think!
