As we've discussed in recent posts, there are many different bodyweight exercises that you can perform without any equipment. To continue exploring that idea, we have created a brief tutorial focusing on how to perform bodyweight lunges and step-ups.
Lunges and step-ups are both lower body exercises, with a particular emphasis on your quads and glutes. There are many different variations, as shown in the video. Once these become easy to perform, you can add resistance by holding a weight in front of you, or a weight in each hand.
