Tutorial - Bodyweight Hamstring Exercises

Hey everyone,

Continuing our exploration of bodyweight exercises that you can you do without equipment, let's take a look at 2 ways to target our hamstrings.

The 2 exercises featured in this brief video tutorial are hamstring toe touches and hip bridges.  You may find that the toe touches provide a good stretch and help you work on balance, while the hip bridges will target both your hamstrings and glutes.
