Fitness Challenge: 500 Jump Ropes

Hey everyone,

Last weekend we came across a terrific fitness challenge posted on the Men's Health website.  All you need is a jump rope and timer to complete this challenge.  Read on to see what's involved!

Give it try if you're short on time and need a really quick workout, or as a finisher to your regular workout.  Let us know how long it takes you to complete 500 reps!
