Try the 100 Squat Challenge!

Hey everyone,

Are you looking for a quick fitness blast?  Check out one of Men's Health Fitness Challenges - the 100 Squat Challenge...


This challenge can be completed anytime and anywhere, so no excuses!  The only equipment you need is a timer.  Basically, just complete 100 reps of the squat, as quickly as you can (keeping good form). Make sure to sit back on your heels, so your knees stay behind your toes and try to go to 90 degrees.  Take as much or little rest as you need!  Keep in mind that squats can be tough on your knees, so if you have knee issues or pain, this may not be the best challenge for you.

This fitness challenge is a great stand-alone workout if you are tight on time, or a great workout finisher.  It can also be used as a quick workout when you a traveling and don't have access to fitness equipment.  Give this challenge a try and let us know how long it takes you!
