We just returned home from an awesome trip through the Maritimes. We had the opportunity to visit Nova Scotia, as well as Prince Edward Island. It was a lovely vacation, with great food, lots to see and do, and even the chance to do some workouts while travelling. Our first workout on the trip was on Canada Day (July 1st).
On this trip, we brought along our Jungle Gym XT suspension trainer, since it's so portable and light. It definitely came in handy for this lower body circuit workout. We decided to take the workout outside, completing it on the rooftop terrace overlooking the harbour in Halifax. In this workout, we did six exercises for each circuit, with three circuits in total. The Jungle Gym has really expanded our workout options when travelling (as well as at home). Even though our hotel had a small gym, we got a better workout with the Jungle Gym and got to do it outside, which is always a nice bonus!
