A Five Minute Workout!

Hey everyone,

We recently received a request from one of our readers to suggest a workout that can be completed every day, in a very short amount of time.  Even if you only have 5 minutes to spare, you have no excuse to not exercise today!




We have put together a very simple workout that will only take five minutes of your time.  No equipment is required and you can essentially do it anywhere, anytime.  Consider completing it when you wake up or in the evening.  This is an easy workout that you can even complete on your lunch break. 



Keep in mind, you will likely need more than just this 5 minute workout to become lean and fit. However, it is a great starting point for beginners or a great substitute for more experienced fitness enthusiasts if you are pressed for time.  Give it a try and let us know what you think!

  1. This is great! It's exactly what I was looking for. I plan to get my hubby to do it with me every evening before he's allowed to park himself on the couch!!
