Gutsy Walk 2013

Hey everyone,

On June 9th, we had the opportunity to participate in the Gutsy Walk to raise money for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada.  This was our 2nd year taking part in this event. 

 

It was a beautiful sunny day in Ottawa as we set out for the 5km walk, with hundreds of others supporting this cause.  The walk/run made it's way down Colonel By Drive along the canal and then back towards the start/finish line at Carleton University.

It was a great way to spend our day outside with our family, helping raise awareness for Crohn's Disease, as well as to raise donations towards one day finding a cure for this debilitating disease.
