For today's workout, we decided to focus on conditioning. It is very important to keep you workouts balanced by incorporating some with a strength focus and some to improve your cardiovascular capacity.
We performed a "countdown" workout with five different exercises. You can either complete each exercise individually, or alternate between exercises to complete the specified number of repetitions (300 in total). Keep in mind, if you are tight on time, fully completing each exercise before moving onto the next will take longer.
Here is what we did:
- 100 Bench jumps
- 80 Battlerope waves
- 60 Kettlebell Cleans
- 40 Battlerope slams
- 20 Double Kettlebell stair carries
