Here is the second of our travel workouts we did in the Turks & Caicos. Again, we used a time-based workout, completing each exercise for 5 minutes, with 2 minutes rest between each exercise.
Here is what we did:
1. Cable Flys
2. Dumbbell Hip Thrusts
3. Tricep Pushdowns
4. Incline Dumbbell Press
5. Alternating Shoulder Press
This was another great and quick workout that allowed us to start off our day feeling healthy and energetic!
