"Tight on Time" Upper Body Kettlebell Workout

Hey everyone,

As a follow-up to our previous post "Tight on Time" Workout, here is another variation with upper body exercises.  This workout is great for those tight on time, as it can take as little as 5 minutes to exercise (and surely everyone has at least 5 minutes to devote to their health each day)!

This workout is completed circuit-style and includes two kettlebell exercises and two bodyweight exercises.  Complete as many reps of the first exercise in one minute.  Then, without rest, move onto the next exercise for a minute.  Once you have completed a minute of all four exercises, take a one minute rest.  Repeat the circuit (as many times as you want) if time permits.  A good goal is completing 4 rounds (i.e. 20 minutes).

Here is the workout:
  1. Pushups
  2. Alternating kettlebell rows
  3. Kettlebell shoulder presses
  4. Planks
Video Demonstration (keep in mind we are only demonstrating a few reps - in the actual workout you would do as many reps as possible in each minute)

Give this time-based workout a try and let us know what you think!
