In response to requests for more beginner kettlebell workouts, we have put together an upper body circuit using four basic exercises. This workout is great for beginners and requires only a single kettlebell (or you can easily substitute a dumbbell).
This workout is completed circuit-style (consecutively moving between the four exercises before taking a rest period). Aim to complete as many reps as possible of each exercise (while keeping good form) and do a total of three to four circuits. Here are the exercises:
- Pushup
- Kettlebell Row
- Kettlebell Press
- Plank
