We were really happy to finally reach Friday - what an awesome feeling! For our workout today, we tried out a couple of brand new exercises (thank you, Ben Bruno, for the inspiration), along with a couple of reliable staples from our repertoire. It was a good way to segue into the weekend!
For the workout, we picked these four exercises and completed three circuits (for 12 sets total). As with our last post, we were feeling a bit drained from the week and were happy to keep the workout a bit lighter than usual. Here's what we did:
- Kettlebell snatches (Tannys - 12kg, Alex - 24kg)
- Double kettlebell floor press and glute bridge (Tannys - 12kg, Alex - 24kg)
- Reverse grip barbell floor press (Tannys - 65lbs, Alex - 185lbs)
- Kettlebell standing press (Tannys - 12kg, Alex - 32kg)
