Hey everyone,
This past weekend, Tannys travelled to Toronto for work, so she modified her usual workout routine. As she did not have much time, she put together a fairly short (but very demanding) workout that she completed in her hotel room.
The brief videos below demonstrate reps 3, 2 and 1. Here is what she did:
Ladder 1
- Reverse Pushups
- Feet-elevated Pushups
Ladder 2 - (This video is cut a bit shorter to allow it to be downloaded)
- Burpees
- Sleeping Crabs - Tannys did both a right and left-sided rep as one count, but you could also just do one side per rep (making sure you complete equal reps on each side).
This workout seems short, but it was intense! We suggest starting with the reverse pushup/pushup ladder first, as the burpee/sleeping crab ladder was exhausting! Give this a try on your next trip and let us know how it goes!
