For this workout, the only equipment required is a kettlebell and a timer. The workout consists of four different lower body exercises, completed consecutively, each for one minute (as many reps as possible). This is followed by a one minute rest period. Thus, one block of exercise will take you 5 minutes. Complete more blocks of exercise, depending on how much time you have (we recommend to aim for 4 blocks = 20 minutes, if possible).
Here is the workout:
- Step-back kettlebell lunges
- Kettlebell swings
- Kettlebell goblet squats
- Alternating kettlebell deadlifts
Video Demonstration (keep in mind we are only showing a few reps of each exercise, however in the actual workout you would complete as many reps as possible, with good form, in each minute)
