Most people have some amount of caffeine in their diet, whether it is from coffee, tea, soft drinks, or energy drinks. Given the prevalence of these products, many women of reproductive age consume these beverages, but seldom stop to wonder - how much is safe during pregnancy?

What Makes a Good Workout?

Hey everyone,

Since we last posted, we had several good workouts. Why were they good? These probably weren't the best workouts we've ever done. I don't think we could claim to have set any particular records, even if by our standards, we did lift heavy. We didn't outdo ourselves with frequency - admittedly, we're still getting in about 3 to 4 workouts a week. Sometimes it's a real challenge to fit a workout in.
